I thought I was an excellent house keeper until my husband passed away in July. This brought me to hire Universal Cleaning Services because I just couldn't commit to the task, and hated a dirty house. When I came home from lunch to introduce myself, I couldn't believe the progress already made. By the end of the day after work, I just absolutely couldn't stop smiling. They went above and beyond what I expected. I am so pleased. My son, who is 19 and can not appreciate my desire to at least keep his room clean, was also impressed with the service and couldn't stop commenting about what an unbelievable job they did. I just cant say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and organization that I saw when I got home. I would recommend them to anyone that needed house cleaning. The thorough job they did and the time they took to do it made me so happy I chose them!! I anticipate using them for many years to come. I hired UCS for a move out and move in cleaning. Not only were he prices affordable but both places looked impeccable. They listened to the areas I specifically wanted cleaned and exceeded my expectations! They took their time, were friendly, professional but personable as well and did the job right! I got my deposit back from very picky landlords woth no problem. Is definitely recommend them and use them again.
